My friend Will told me a great story the other day…
After college Will ended up in the entertainment business. He lived his life on the road managing famous bands. He grew his business into the largest tour management company in the country.
Will’s roommate in college was Charlie who also ended up in the entertainment business.
Will and Charlie went to the same school, earned similar grades, got married the same year, and went into the same business. If you compared them side-by-side you’d say there’s no difference.
But there was one big difference.
Will built his business into a sizable enterprise and sold it to one of the largest entertainment conglomerates in the world for millions of dollars.
And Charlie? He’s still in the same business and still doing the same work.
The difference is Charlie doesn’t see an end in sight. He’s not struggling mind you, but he’s never grown his business into a multi-million dollar enterprise.
What Made the Difference?
Have you ever wondered what makes that kind of difference in people’s lives? It isn’t native intelligence or talent or dedication. It certainly isn’t that one person wants success and the other doesn’t.
The difference is what each person knows and how he or she makes use of that knowledge.
And that’s why I’m having this discussion with you about my upcoming Strategic Roundtable. Because that’s the whole purpose of my Together With Turkel program: to give YOU the knowledge, connection, and assets you can use in your business AND in your life.
You see, Together with Turkel is unique. It’s the one place where you can build lifelong trusted relationships with like-minded people, and benefit from their collective brainpower, experiences, and skill sets, helping you figure out how you’re going to accomplish whatever it is you want to do.
Each event in our twelve-week program is specifically created to help you plan exactly what you want and how you’re going to create your personal “optimal outcome.” And The Strategic Roundtable is also created to make sure you don’t go it alone. You’ll not only benefit from the resources of your fellow members, but you’ll also have your own “accountability partner.”
Let me tell you what Will said: “I’ve invested a ton of energy and funds in continuing education, innovation, and growth. The best return on investment – by a long shot – has been in masterminds – strategic roundtables. Charlie could have done what I did, but he never took the time to invest in his growth and success.
Don’t make the mistake that my good friend Charlie did… Plus, the opportunity to work side-by-side with Bruce Turkel is much like those MasterCard commercials – priceless.”
